MENSTSHIRT.XYZ started in a garage with one obsession: why do most men's t-shirts stretch, fade and lose shape after 5 washes? We tested 87 fabrics, 34 fits and wore every prototype for 60 days straight.

Most tees are 140-160 GSM and go sheer. Ours are 220 GSM combed, ring-spun, bio-washed. Here's the anatomy.

01 — Fabric: 220 GSM organic

Long-staple cotton from certified farms. Combed to remove short fibers = less pilling, richer color, buttery hand-feel that gets better with wash.

02 — Cut: side-seamed, not tubular

Tubular tees twist. We cut front/back separately and seam sides for shape retention. Shoulder tape prevents droop. Sleeves hit mid-bicep.

03 — Dye & finish: garment-dyed + pre-shrunk

We sew first, dye after, wash three times. What you try on is what you keep. Shrinkage <2% vs 7-10% industry average.

How does sizing run? I'm between sizes.

True to size with athletic room. If between M and L and you like classic fit, go M. For oversized look, go one up. Tall sizes add 2" length. Model is 6'1", 185 lbs wearing M Essential.

Will it shrink after washing?

No — all tees are pre-shrunk and garment-washed. Expect <2% shrinkage cold wash, hang dry. Avoid high heat dryer to keep collar perfect for years.

Is white see-through?

No. 220 GSM opaque knit + tight weave. White passes the hand test — you can't see skin through it, even in daylight. Nude underwear recommended for brightest white.
